Centrick property Maintenance will deal with all your ongoing maintenance issues and emergency matters.
Normal Office hours for none emergency matters... Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm
For emergency matters outside of normal hours the call will be dealt with by a dedicated call centre.
 
Please Note
To deal with your matter promptly, it would be appreciated if you have your unique maintenance reference number given as part of your handover. In the absense of your unique number please have available your plot number and postal address of the property.
 
After the 2 year NHBC warranty period has expired a professional contractor should be employed at your own expense.
 
Please note, this service is only available for those properties which legally completed after December 2008.
 
 
Management Company
To maintain the ongoing beauty of many of its developments and to ensure continued customer satisfaction, rather than handing over the ongoing maintenance to the residents, Chase Homes prefers to set up its own management company and appoints a managing agent to oversee it.
In doing so, the company can ensure that the site is well looked after and should any issues arise, they can be sorted out quickly, efficiently and directly with Chase.
 
Warranty
Chase Homes provides a two year warranty for each of its homes. This also includes a warranty on all appliances.
(Please note a Zurich warranty is available in respect of the stock property Live/Work Unit 124 at Commercial Street)
 
Ten Year NHBC Cover
n the unlikely event of any structural defects, the 10 year NHBC warranty cover is applicable to every Chase home. A comprehensive guide explaining the cover is supplied in the homeowner manual that is presented to each purchaser at the time of sale completion.
